can it get bigger?

Question Posted Friday October 15 2004, 11:43 am

Sooo...we just got a new computer but everything was realllllly big on it, like all the icons and everything so I tried to change it but all I could do was either make it tiny or really big. How can I make it so it's normal size??

Change the resolution of the desktop.
just right click the desktop, and then go to settings.

It depends what OS your using as to where the controls will be, but look for anything to do with fonts, icon sizes etc and there should be settings like tiny, medium, big etc.

You could also be running a smaller resolution than normal, that will make everything look distorted.

It sounds like your screen resolution's on a low setting. Right click on an empty section of the desktop, select properties and go to the settings tab. Then select a higher screen resolution. The higher the number the smaller everything'll get. Most computers are set to either 800x600 or 1024x768.
