okay my friend cuts. i really want her to stop! what can i say to her to get her to stop? please help me!

Its really hard to stop cutting. I'm still going through the process. Here's what you do: Get your friend a rubber band and make her wear it everyday. Tell her to snap it three times where she wants to cut whenever she gets the craving. It's helped me come a long way and I hope it'll help your friend.

Thats nice of you to be worried and all but like I don't think there is anything you can say or do to make her stop. She needs to realize herself that she needs to. If you want to help I would suggest just being there for her as a friend and listening to her clearly. Hope this helped!
