The Girl Question: Just ignore her. If she's not doing anything to you that makes you uncomfortable (like screaming vulgar things and spreading rumors) then there's no reason to start anything with her. Stop yelling stuff at her because she can get you in trouble for that just like you would get in trouble for telling her off because it's harrassment. Ignore her but if she starts making you uncomfortable to the point where you don't wanna be at school just because of her then talk to your principal, assistant principal, or guidance counselor and they'll take care of everything and if you do get them involved for some reason, they'll tell her everything that's said has to be kept confidential so she can't go around like "OMG she ran to the principal. what a baby" because she'll get in even more trouble.
