my mom treats me like a lil girl...she wont let me have guys over and she just let me go to a guys house like 2 weeks ago...well she didnt really know I was going to his house bc I knew she would say no...but like I want to be able to go over there without having to worry that she will get mad or something...what do u think I should do...should I talk to her or just show her that she can trust me...thanks

I know exactly how you feel, my mom use to be like that too. It really helps if you tell me how old you are. My mom did that when I was 14 and until i was 15 and a half but now that I'll be 16 in a few days, she's a lot more leniant with me. She's probably doing it for your own good. She doesn't want to see you get hurt and believe me I've learned that. I know you don't want to hear this but appreciate what she's doing. She'll loosen up once she sees that you can handle a heartbreak or at least that you're old enough to understand that most guys just want sex. By doing that, my mom saved me a whooole bunch of heartbreaks but now, she's letting me date a 20 year old and she lets me go over to his house. On weekdays I have to be home at 9 and on weekends I have to be home at midnight. I'm sure your mom will be a lot more leniant, just be patient. Until then, say you're going somewhere else lol thats what i did.
