Mercy_x_Me answered Monday October 11 2004, 10:27 am: Stay really healthy. Rather than fried chicken eat grilled and stay away from fast foods. If you must eat fast food, get a salad. Also, try going on the tredmill three times a week for a 1/2 and hour period.
HIMlovemetal325 answered Monday October 11 2004, 10:26 am: Try not to eat as much junk food, eat more fruits and vegetables. And try to eat things with fiber. Don't drink anything with caffeine and drink lots of water. Try doing crunches at night too. Hope this helped.
