diets ok im not fat or anything i weight 103 but i think i have some extra tummy fat that i dont want what should i eat and do to lose it?

Try subsituting low fat baked chips, diet caffine free sodas or water, and low sugar candies instead of eating regular chips, soda, and candy. Eat more fruits and vegetables. You'll see a difference just from that!! Also, do some exercises like go running or jogging around your street a few times and do some crunches and situps. In no time, you'll be losing that unwanted fat!! Hope I helped :) ]
Stay really healthy. Rather than fried chicken eat grilled and stay away from fast foods. If you must eat fast food, get a salad. Also, try going on the tredmill three times a week for a 1/2 and hour period.

Try not to eat as much junk food, eat more fruits and vegetables. And try to eat things with fiber. Don't drink anything with caffeine and drink lots of water. Try doing crunches at night too. Hope this helped.

Just cut back on the amount of food you and exercise. Exercise is the main part of a diet and life. ]
