I'm really active, and trying to lose weight. I dropped 4 pounds in 1 week. Is this healthy? I play soccer, softball, football, and I dance. I don't sit on my butt all day, but is my eating healthy? I'm not anorexic or anything, I eat a lot. But I don't know if I should eat mroe or not. On really active days I get a little dizzy even though I've eaten. Should I eat more?? I really wanna lose about 15 more pounds but I want to do it the healthy way.

Losing weight is a great thing to do, and eating more wont help. If you begin to feel dizzy and think that you are like an anorexic maybe you aren't eating a balanced diet. Drink plenty of water instead of soda, and dont eat too much fat but don't start becoming vegetarian. Look on the internet for a reasonable diet plan and follow it until you are satisfied. But once you reach your goal dont stop what your doing to your eating habits just clam them down a little bit. You will be happy with the results and your health will be good. I am proud of your success and i hope that I helped.
