Q: There's this girl i like but i don't know if she likes me back. Me hang out sometimes and talk on the phone. We often take eachother's stuff i.e. (hat, shoes/sandals) We go to the same church and have fun.

how do i know if she likes me back?

Q: but i was wondering how you can make the salsa out of those jars for like tostitos and stuff not as spicy cause we bought medium spicy but its to hot for me and my mouth is on fire!!! but its sooo good so i wana know if theres a way that you can make it not as spicy. thanks.

You should ask for mild next time but until then you should put less sauce on the chip. That is what i do because i am not a big spicy person either. Hope that i helped. Ask me if you need more advice.

Q: A boy I met on a bus asked me out the day after we met. A few days later he asked me to marry him. He was saying some very inappropriate things to me (about his penis’ size). He then proceeded to break up with me saying, “I need to be with someone near me so that I can walk down the hall holding hands.” You see he lives in Vermont and I live in Massachusetts. About a month later, today, he asked me out again. He also asked me to tell my parents even though he knows that they are against me dating yet although I am 17 and in my junior year at high school. I don’t know what to do. I am so confused please help me.

If you feel pressured to do something that u dont want to do dont let one boy change that. Be yourself and if it is against your mother's wishes you shouldn't be goin out in the first place. There is a million boys out there for you to look for that you will like a lot better.And that will make you feel very comfortable and safe. Dont settle down until you kno that you are ready to have a life of your own. Hope that I helped and if you need any more advice ask me whenever you want to.

Q: I'm really active, and trying to lose weight. I dropped 4 pounds in 1 week. Is this healthy? I play soccer, softball, football, and I dance. I don't sit on my butt all day, but is my eating healthy? I'm not anorexic or anything, I eat a lot. But I don't know if I should eat mroe or not. On really active days I get a little dizzy even though I've eaten. Should I eat more?? I really wanna lose about 15 more pounds but I want to do it the healthy way.

Many people are woried about their weight and hoe they look. Losing weight is a great thing to do, and eating more wont help. If you begin to feel dizzy and think that you are like an anorexic maybe you aren't eating a balanced diet. Drink plenty of water instead of soda, and dont eat too much fat but don't start becoming vegetarian. Look on the internet for a reasonable diet plan and follow it until you are satisfied. But once you reach your goal dont stop what your doing to your eating habits just clam them down a little bit. You will be happy with the results and your health will be good. I am proud of your success and i hope that I helped.

Q: I really like 4 guys. I'm really weird I know, and I've been trying to get over them. I'm trying to focus more on school and friends but it's hard cuz all these guy are like best friends. For my bday party this friday, 1 of them is coming. we normall hang out at friends soccer games together, go to each others houses, we do a ton of stuff together. I don't know who he likes, and we're at the comfort level where we can know who each other likes. I've told him a couple of other guys that I've got my eye on, and when I tell him he seems kinda down. Then this other guy stares at me all the time that's really hot and really nice and we talk all the time online and stuff. Then there is another guy that I have 4 classes out of 7 with. We sit near each other in each one too. The other guy is a new kid and he'es hot and Norwegian and in my p.e. class. Which one? The christian best friend, the really good friend that's hot, the not so hot one that I kinda know, or the Norwegian one thats hot and nice?? I think I kinda like the Christian best friend the most, but the other ones are awesome too. I don't want to have to give anyone up. So confused!! Please help!!

Liking guys is not bad for you but if it starts to get in the way of your homework and school work you should start spending more time on HW and less on your social life. And you can always like more than one boy, but don't like more than you can handle. Otherwise you will begin to loose your concentration on other things. If I were you i would go for the boy you like the most and kno the most cuz that way you wont feel awkward with him. But make sure that he isn't already hooked up. And if he says no when you ask him out then dont get sad cuz you might have a chance later on.

Q: ok so my friend(lets refer to her as X) has some serious problems in her life(money, family and stuff) and shes usually always hungry. anyways, her mom doesnt have a job and shes always asking her mom 4 money so she can buy food and recently, X started cutting herself because she blames herself that her mom never has money. i dont know if X will keep on cutting, but hopefully she wont. anyways, she wont talk to me about it, even though ive known her since 4th grade. i HAVE to do something about it if she keeps on doing this, but i dont know what to do. plzz help!!!!!!

Cutting yourslef can lead to bigger problems, and huge doctor bills. Tell X that they need to stop otherwise they will make things worse for their health and their mother's happiness. Tell them that their mother loves them no matter what happens and that their mother doesn't want them to do this because it is not X's fault. X should seek counseling and it would be a good idea for you to go with X to make X feel like you will always be there for them and that they are not alone. Hope that I helped.
