Despite what other may tell you, there are always to spot a smoker :
1. Bad Breath/ Yellow Teeth
2. The smell of tabacco on your clothing
3. Someone finding your pack of cigarettes
...
and the list goes on. Smoking is not easy to hide.

In response to your second question, no your parent's would not find out if you admitted your smoking to a doctor. Doctors are bound by a doctor- patient confindentiallity code which does not allow them to share private information.

If you are still worried, I recommened you vist a Walk In/ Private Clinic.

Good Luck.

Its better to be honest about those questions, whether or not they can tell. Its important that you tell the doctor the truth, for your own safety. They can't share anything with your parents without your consent.

No they cant tell. But I do think they ask you that because when you run or whatever you cant breathe as well as other people. Because you smoke..so Just brush your teeth a lot alot! And chew gum, or have a mint after you smoke
