winmx
i have WinMx and its not working! im soooo frustrated! it worked ever since i had it but then one day it suddenly stops working. like i'll be connected and everything but every time i search for a song/artist NOTHING COMES UP! even if its like the most popular song ever. like you know on the top where it counts the time you've been connected to winmx? well now it only says P=5 S=2 spm=7349. GOSH what is wrong? im definitly connected to it, and plus i have cable. someone please help, im so annoyed! i'll rate you 5 for anything!

Hey =) I had WinMX at one point too, I hated it because it never worked and took for ever, even though I've got DSL.. Anyways, I'd try taking it toally off and going to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and download that program. It's REALLY fast and you can get software, videos, music and tons of stuff. Have fun! I don't know if it works with Mac however.. so hopefully you have a PC =)

Well i have WinMX right now and it hasnt done anything like that but i used to have this other program and i just uninstalled i then later i reinstalled it and it worked fine.

I had WinMx before, I hated it and sorta had the same problem as you, Uninstall it and get a new program, I suggest Ares. Its easy to use and you get alot of results. You can download it at www.download.com then scroll down and go to audio & video section and look through that section and you'll see it.

Yeah, WinMX is a bitch. Lol. I tried to use it and I got the same stuff you are getting, No results, etc. I suggest that you get a different downloading program. There is a good one out there calles SoulSeek, it is a bit slower because it isnt as big of a network but it is def. good. And if you have a cable modem you should have no prob. Leave one in the inbox or IM me for further info. :)
