Go to a salon! and they can do ur make up rele nice! and u can get ur make up done to! :)

An updo is always trusty for dances. For a homecoming it might be a bit too formal though, so I might suggest leaving your hair down and adding some soft curls. Don't use a lot of hairspray or hair accessories. Maybe one or two to accent the color in your dress.
