I use to iron my hairs with a normal clohtes iron. Is this a safe practise or will damage my hairs

A home iron, and even a salon straightner will damage your hair. It pulls, cooks and fries your hair.
Also, using a home iron on your hair is dangerous, I'd say 9/10 of people that use them end up with a really bad burn which becomes a really bad scar.
If you want to straighten your hair, I'd invest in a good ceramic straightener. Its still not good for your hair, but it is a better idea. Also, you can pick up shampoos and conditioners (including some leave in conditioners) that will reverse or at least improve damaged hair.
Try not to straighten it every day, or more than 3 times a week, your hair will be fried and frizzy in no time at all.
