Yes you can. I thought I was pregnant off precum but thankfully I wasn't. Precum contains sperm, although in a small amout as soon as precum touches your vaginal fluids it can swim. So yes, you can get pregnant off of precum. There are girls in my school that have gotten pregnant and haven't even had sex before. And yes, that too is also possible. Hope this helped.
