I used to weigh 130 pounds(horribly fat I know) size 5-7 but then I got rid of it and went down to 108-110 size 1-3 and even 5 at times. Now I'm around 115. It's all from basically binge eating. I can't control myself. It's making me really depressed. I need to get back in control before I gain any more weight. My life is getting messed up again and I just dont know what to do. I need some help to get back on track.

i know it must be hard and at times u just loose control. this is going to be hard but it works u have to HAVE TO cotnrol yourself dont eat for like a whole day or eat very very few and after that u will get used to it.if not binge on carrots for a whole day and exercise, exercise inspires me to work haarder to my weightloss goals.get a journal and plan what u will eat and carry the journal with u and if u cant cotnrol yourself and get fattning food stop and think "do i really want to be a fat ass?" and drink lots of cold water it fills u up.
