.) Wear a long blonde wig.
.) Paint fingernails and toenails bright pink (maybe even get longer fake fingernails)
.) A short, tight, pink dress.
.) Pink high-heels!
.) Matching purse...

Well what I'm going to do is since my legs are so bad I'm using that Sally Hansen spray on leg stuff to make your legs look 10x hotter. And I'm getting a long haired blonde wig, wearing a cute mini skirt and a tight shirt. I'd wear some cute hoop earrings, and a necklace or bracelet or something. For make-up, try to look a little bit natural but still standing out. Use some eyeliner, mascara, maybe curl your lashes, and some pink eye shadow. Also use some pink lipgloss and lipstick. Oh and lots of glitter! Put some in your hair and use some on your temples, and wherever else you want!
