Karen answered Friday October 1 2004, 6:42 pm: Hey!! OMG, I use it too haha!! Anyways, that happened to me in the beginning when I first started using it. You can't leave the cream on more than 8 minutes but less than 10 minutes or it'll irritate the skin. My upper lip irritates some times too so I just put lotion on it and the burning goes away eventually. Hope I helped and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask them :) [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
Laura answered Friday October 1 2004, 6:40 pm: Hmm. Well, obviously, don't use that again. Maybe you had a re-action to something in it. Put a warm rag on it, and if it doesn't go away in a few days, see a doctor. I'm sure it's just an irritation and will go away in a few days, though. :)
