2.If you are going to go with the restaurant route I'd only invite four-six friends. If you have a food party at home invite as many as you want and have everyone bring something to eat.
3. Do what you are most comfortable with, most restaurants have nifty desserts to choose from, so you probably wouldn't even want a cake.
It's a good idea if you have a limited amount of friends or only want to spend your special day with the fewest amount of people possible. And remember if you take a large party to a restaurant to tip at least 20%.
xHeartxOfxGoldx answered Friday October 1 2004, 2:05 am: Hey! Thats so awesome! My birthdays this Sunday and im getting kinda stuck on party ideas too! lol.. But in you case.. I think that you should just stay in for your birthday and have some friends over... A really good idea would be To watch movies all night and share funny stories...
You could invite them over around dinner time and maybe have BBQ or have pasta or sumthing... then have a cake and celebrate... then you could all watch Movies till like 10-10:30 (( soo all the boys can go home at a reasonable hour ;)..)).. then you can have some of your closest friends sleep over after... or you can have your best friend sleep over the night b4 and you too can go out for a birthday breakfast and then do the rest of your day with a party etc. I don't think making your guests pay for food is a good idea.. that would mean they would be paying to eat and then a present etc. thats alot of money. It may be your birthday but your still the host! And when you have a party at your house it allows you to have alot more people because then that way You can have 20 people and not have to wait for 20 meals to be cooked. etc.. then you won't have to worry about transportation from the resteraunt to your house for cake etc. . o yea Pizzas a good idea for food 2! =P

1. California Pizza Kitchen (i call it cpk) they have many things on the item that are low priced and arent expencive
2. if you go to cpk i think that you sould invite about 15 ppl + or -
3. at cpk they if u order from the kids menu a little ice cream sunde comes with it so you dont have to worry about cake ut if u get a 'grown up meal' you should just go to your house and do the cake!!

Ghettotissuebox answered Friday October 1 2004, 12:37 am: So, you are going to have people pay to come to your birthday? Not a good idea, some people can't afford to pay 20-30 dollars for food, and its complicated,Or justh ave a cople close friends and go out to dinner and pay for them. what i suggest is to maybe have a get together at your house with close friends, get some easy to make food, like store brand frozen fries or make hotdogs or something. If you have a pool go in the pool. You all can hang and have cake, and a slp over. Or go to the movies, and go back to your house and have food and a slp over. It depends on your friends.
hope i helped
