I'm 13 years old (turned 13 last month), and i've always been kinda flat chested. I just started growing a little, and it's kinda weird. are there supposed to be like little wrinkles or anything on the nipples... can someone tell me what to expect? thanks.

OMG lol. Honey, you've just hit puberty, congrats. Don't worry about being flat-chested until you're sixteen or seventeen, because by then you're really not going to be growing much. You've still got some growth spurts in you. But if you're curious to know how you'll turn out, did your female relatives have flat chests or big boobs? It doesn't count if they're fat or have implants, but you should be able to tell from pictures of them in their teens and twenties.

Your nipples might get a little puffy but that just means your starting to grow a little right there! Then you might get some bumps or somethin like that and sooner than you think you'll be the next Pam Anderson! lol Dont worry about it.. every girl goes thru this!!
