Just basically telling him the truth and telling what you want him to know. Just be like "Well, I know we're 16 and I'm sure some people think 16 years old is too young to even find love. But, I think thats wrong. I don't think it matters how old you are, you can find love no matter how old you are. Well, you know we've been going out for a year and we're taking a break from each other right now and we see each other every second of the day. And we even say 'just kidding around' I love you. But, lately I have realized I'm not just kidding around. I really do mean it when I say it. So, basically I'm trying to say, I am in love with you. And I just wanted to tell you this, because I dont want you to think that I'm not." Just say something like that and just how you feel and stuff. I hope this helps and good luck hun.
