I myself have never attended a forced or co-erced make-out party. But make sure if there is an adult supervising they are either okay with this, or unlikely to check up on the party. And make sure your guests are willing to attend a make-out party. Maybe spread the word around before "hey come to my party to make-out".
I guess start with spin the bottle and all that good stuff, or passing the orange under the neck. Keep the lights low, put on a movie or whatever, encourage guests to mingle, or keep your eye on the one you wanna make out with.
If worst comes to worst, result to twister.

Make-out parties are ALWAYS FUN! I've planned some myself lol. Well lets see, some good games are 7 minutes in heaven, spin the bottle, 10 fingers, truth or dare, etc. Make sure you have the equipments tho..and of course, MAKE SURE ITS UNCHAPERONED!! Put on many Slow songs..that will always lead to kissing. Another thing is if one couple starts making out in a corner, everyone will start to..(trust me, i know this from experience..)
