Okay, I have a journal, & i'm in the process of making a friends only journal, but how do i do it, i dont get it at all, anyone want to help me out with that, and if anyone knows how to use one of them layout thinsg too that would be great help! I'm pretty good with HTML, but LJ's.. I don't know.. Thanks alot. x3 Kayd.

To make your journal friends only:
1: Make a public entry and put "friends only" on it. This is to show people that your journal is friends only.
2: When you want to make a friends only entry, go to the page for making new entries and type. Then scroll down until you see a drop down menu labeled 'Security". Choose 'Friends' and click 'Update Journal'
