One thing that helps is to get a freind that you can tell ANYTHING! Then when your feeling really depressed just tell him/her everything. And if that doesnt work then try methods with the rubber bands. Just like hit yourself with them like 20 times and hard! And if that doesnt help i suggest talking to a teacher, councilor, or a parent. It could get to be really serious. Also try eating chocolate when you want to cut! It makes you feel happy (at least for me it did)!
But if it continues tell some one...i mean yeah you might have to go through all that therapy but its that or your life. Its hard....i know...just do it for you! [ TwistedThoughts's advice column | Ask TwistedThoughts A Question ]
