Geocities is the best out there (www.geocities.com), so I suggest using them. If you're going to have dolls and stuff on your site though, I'd use Image Shack (www.imageshack.us) to upload them. And don't forget to credit back to where you got the dolls, I used to have a doll/graphic site and it's amazing how many people don't credit.

I find that's a really good one, you can add a bunch of pictures and move them around! You can also add pages and such! Have fun!
