Ok I just got over this relationship from an online girl. We were together 5 months but she held so many lies to me and I never saw her. She lived like 4.5 hours away from me tho. But here is the question. I meet this other girl and she likes me and I like her. She lives in the same state and pretty close. How should I go about this without getting hurt again? I would love to be with her but just am scared i'll be hurt.

Obviously online relationships don't bring much luck. You can't have a connection with someone if you havent met them in real life. How do you know WHO you're having a relationship with? For all you know, it could be some 40 y/o man lying about everything. You cant base personality by what you see on your computer screen. There are so many weirdos in this world -- the chances of encountering psychos on the internet is no longer rare. ANYWAYS.. no matter what relationship you're in, you're eventually gonna get hurt at times. Love is about taking risks.. and if you're not willing to do that, then are you really ready to get involved with someone? Try finding girls @ your school or atleast in your city. It's so much more convenient, not to mention.. safer. Take chances.. you only live once.
