Okay, first you need to make sure your feelings for your best friend are real. Do you know you like her or do you think you like her? If you know you like her talk to her about it. And if she is your true best friend she wont judge you for it or think differently of you but if she does then she was never a true best friend. And if she thinks its not right for you to like her or do things with her then dont pressure her or make her feel uncomfortable when shes around you. Theres nothing wrong with how you feel because its what you choose. If she doesnt feel the same for you then thats also her choice too so you have to be fair to her. But if she does end up feeling the same way. then hey! you both lucked out. Good Luck
