Why do peoples breasts get sore sometimes?

Well people's breasts sore sometimes because they are either A.) growing, B.)a week or so from started their period (not just for the first time, but every month), C.) on their period, D.)they have recently had a large intake of something like caffeene, or E.) you may have been sleeping on your tummy with an underwire bra.
Any of these would cause the hurting.
If you need to take an Advil or some kind of pain reliever to cope! :)

If they are sore hun, then mayb your going through Puberty I had the same problem..And my mom tells me its puberty but if you have like swelling and stuff you should talk to your parents then consult a doctor..If you have aol my screenname is STTEEPPHHAANNIIE...Good lux...*STEPHANIE
