I'm Almost 13, and i am 125 lbs, and i have been on a lot of differant diets, but only been gaining wieght, so i cant deside what to do: eat like, nothing and exersise, or exersize sooooo much, and eat normal.

Well first of all how tall r u? Do add more information to your question and say how tall you are. If you're not overweight that its hard to lose weight. Eat healthy and dont try diets like atkins bcuz that kind of thing wont work especially for a kid bcuz tkids matoblism is different than adults. Just eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, some whole wheat things instead of white breads and pastas and eat less red meat and eat chickent and other poultry and drink plenty of water, and keep exercising like u do and u should lose weight. good luck, hope i helped ]
