OK ... basically ( i know this is gonna sound so stupid) i have never kissed a boy and now i have a serious b/f for 9 months and i realli wanna kiss him but im afraid i'll mess up. all i kno is that u dont just pucker up do u liek open ur lips and kiss his top lip or sumthing i need help

Ok just tell him "I want to kiss you" then maybe him might get the drift or just look at him in a kissy way. if that does not work. tilt you head a little and then lean in and kiss him. Really easy
