So theres this person who i consider a bitch, and she totally ruined my week at school, i told her not to tell anyone something and she told her mom and her mom told the school! I said id forgive her but i dont want to be friends, do you think thats justifiable?

Well, since I know the situation, I will tell you I've been through the same stress, and done the same thing you've done to myself as well. We all go through different things, and all have different ways of coping with our stress. You shouldn't have done what you did, but neither should she. Everyone needs to learn to take their matters into their own hands and just talk it out. Talking is the best solution to everything, in my opinion. If you want to talk it out with her, try to, but if you had no intentions on not forgiving her you shouldn't have told her you were going to in the first place.
