i am 15 and im 190 pounds and i can't seem to lose weight...any ideas???

Well there's several methods to losing weight. You gotta watch your calories and carbs. Bread is high in carbs so make sure not to eat too much of it. You can try taeĀ·bo, the tony little gazelle, Total gym, or just running every day for an hour to an hour and a half. I'm sure this will work.
