my mom

My mom yells a lot, even if didn't do anything wrong. Why does she do that? What can I do to make her be nicer?

wow! my mom is exactly the same way! i dont know how severe your mom is, but mine has slight PMS and get stressed very easily. a lot of people yell when they are stressed. i would try to stay calm even when she gets mad. this way she might calm down too, because she doesnt have even more stress and anger piled on top of hers. this might work work if she has PMS too. if its really severe, than maybe your mom should try therpy to get relaxed. hope i helped!!! :)
