There are many ways. You should try going to the gym for 30 minutes everyday. Also here are some nice exercises you could do -[Link](Mouse over link to see full location). Also, winsor pilates might help (you can find out more about it online). Also, another popular form of exercise is swimming! Not just regular swimming, you can do many different exercises in the pool and lose pounds that way. For example: try running in the water. (That is one example, you can find many more online!). The reason exercising in water helps is because of the water you don't feel tired or drained out..therefore resulting in more capacity to exercise. Being big boned also has it's advantages!! You probably have a curvy figure and that's a very sought-after look nowadays! Remember also, not to go on any diet without asking a doctor! Some diets (like the Atkins diet) is not good because it eliminates one certain type of food. Also you probably already know - but becoming anorexic and bulemic is something you should NEVER consider. They are not only deadly to your body, but they create heart problems later on in life. So DON'T EVER try to throw up your food or starve yourself. Good luck with exercising/dieting and if you need ANY more help, you can send it to my inbox! -Hope I helped- <3 [ advicequeen's advice column | Ask advicequeen A Question ]
