You should talk to your friend about it and try to make up. Depending on what "business" of yours she was in to, she may have just been looking out for you and you may have misunderstood her intentions. When you talk to her, just let her know that you feel like your privacy was violated and you still value her friendship but you don't appreciate her being in your business when she's not supposed to be.
