how much weight do you think i could loose if i excersize everyday (walk 20 minutes on tredmill +other stuff) and eat healthy (no more junk food and stuff) ? in 2 weeks? sorry i cant be that specific but pleasee help!

But if you do exactly what you say you are, then sweetie you're on your way to a major recovery. Thats a sure thing that you'll lose weight. 2-5 pounds a day? Maybe a lot more? Depends on your body. But if you do stop eating junk and exercise daily...you'll look like britney in no time(if you're a girl that is...) or justin (if you're a guy). Good luck! Tell me how it goes!
