well it sounds to me like you are stuck between 2 girls right now. if the one girl that ur feelin has a bf maybe you should take a lil more interest in the other girl. after all you dont wanna cause problems between her and her bf. if u really like this girl that is your good friend then TELL HER ... if u guys are good friends and shes not feelin u its not gonna screw stuff up so just be honest and tell her how u feel. ((about the other girl, i would wait until she breaks up wit her bf so that u dont couse problems)) ~ hope i could help ... im me if u need any more help
