Man Boobs

Hello...I was wondering, what is the best way to get rid of my man-boobs? I have been running like crazy and they just wont go away! I would really like for them to be gone by christmas...please help me!!!

well interested being, one way you can do it is never to get them in the first place.. but since you already screwed that up heres my thoughts... i am unsure of howmuch you eat... but next time you go to the kitchen... dont have THE chips.. just have SOME... at the fair...dont eat the funnel cake juss have some of it... then you wont be my bffl (biggest fatass for life)
