i really like this guy but he has no idea. we're close friends but i want it to be more. i feel like if i tell him it will hurt worse if he rejects me than if i just sit and watch him get hurt over and over by girls that are just playing with him. he likes this girl and she treats him like shit. she always plays with his mind and leads him on when in the end she doesnt even care about him. what do i do??

you could explain to him that you really care about him and that you don't want him to get hurt by these other girls. and there's always the chance that he won't reject you, but don't get your hopes up! hope i helped :0)
