You'll have to do it yourself. Go to Walmart and get a special shampoo and conditioner for colored treated hair- I recommend Garnier Fructis. Also get a deep conditioner, something like their "Intensive Moisturizing repair" to use once a week. Buy a box of temporary hair color (the kind that rinses out after a few shampoos) also, enough of it to last a week, in your natural hair color. Shampoo and condition every day, and deep condition every other day. Two days after you start doing that, apply the temporary hair color. Try to make it last a week, and continue shampooing, conditioning, and deep conditioning to make your hair as strong as possible. After a week, you can probably safely use a regular hair dye to fix your hair, in your original color. Continue the hair stuff for at least another week so your hair won't break and fall out (that happened to my friend once). You might want to save up a little bit, the total cost will be around $5 for temporary hair dye, $7 for permanent, $8 for shampoo and conditioner, and $2 for deep conditioner, adding up to $22, but you could ask your parents to pay for the regular dye so it's only around $12. Good luck!
