Question Posted Wednesday August 18 2004, 8:17 pm

So, my brother's just found out that his girlfriend of 2 years, has been cheating on him for the last 4 months of their relationship. He's really down and I want to help him smile and be happy again. He's always there for me and helping me smile when I'm really down. I want to be there for him but I don't know what to do or say. Help?

OK! You can take your brother out 4 things... Go 2 a concert! Go bowling! Go pig out on food! Go rent a bunch of movies and plan a SIBS NIGHT OUT! Do anything 2 not remind him of his girlfriend!
Signed,

get him out there and hanging with his friends a lot. The more hes out there the better the chance of him finding a new gf.

Well, you could ReassuRe him that he's betteR off without heR. Tell him theRe's no point in giving youR heaRt away to someone who won't give you theiRs. He had fun, fell in love, got his heaRt bRoken.. and now it's time to move on; tell him to use it as a leaRning expeRience and to appReciate eveRy aspect *OF IT*. And if him thinking about heR gets him a bit down in the dumps, take him bowling, then go foR pizza. Not only show him.. but actually *tell* him that you will always be theRe foR him. Best wishes! Hope I helped!!
