hey..! what are some good sights to get a welcome sign....scroll bar....cursor...and other stuff for your profile? thanx!

If you know html, then there are TONS of sights. If your into neopets theres a sight called soupfaerie.com and theres blogs and scrolls and everything youll want...if you know html. Hope i helped.
