For a music (or really anything) downloading site I want to use WinMX because my mom and some friends do. I just got an mp3 player. What are the benefits of using it? Will I get caught for illegal downlading or something?
Sorry if this didn't make much sence, I wrote it in a hurry.

Ive tried alot of the other programs and winmx is easier than most of them, and it doesnt come with spyware. I stand protected on anything have, so with any downloader it would be smart to get some protection, but my opinion is, get Winmx, its the better program.

So i found another program. Ares. Its a good program, easy to use, and easy to load and free. If you want to check out Ares or other music download sites. go to www.download.com then scroll down and go to audio & video section and look through that section. About the illegal downloading.. Alot of people do it, so maybe in 1 in a 14802374824758934768953 you'll get caught, just be sure you dont download bad files and make sure you close the program when your done. Hope i helped.
