the thing is that by the end of the summer i wanna weigh 110/ 105...
but even wen i excercise nd skip meals i dont lose the weight...so i as thinkin bout starvin myself..nd the only thing ill drink is water..i did this b4 4 a week..but my mom found out nd i got in2 trouble..but idc nemore..the more my life sux..the more i wanna do this..except i eat newayz..nd i get so mad at myself..so i guess u could say im depressed nd starve myself..((or atleast try))..but how can i overcome this?
Personally, I think 115 is a fine weight, but if you want to lose some pounds, it's up to you to make that decision.
Don't starve yourself totally, it will only hurt you and you could end up dying. Try eating healthy foods and low-fat foods. It's good that you're drinking water. When you're upset, you tend to eat more... so think about the positives in your life; your friends [the good ones], your sports, whatever makes you happy. Maybe you have a friend who wants to lose some weight as well? You can work with them and maybe having a friend trying to achieve the same goal as you will push you more towards your goal.
And if you starve yourself, you can become more fragile and INJURE YOURSELF.. especially if you play sports. [I think that will be of importance to you.]
