Question Posted Monday August 16 2004, 4:48 pm

How do I put eye liner on the top? I don't want it thick, but enough to be noticable.

Simple. Just lightly dRag the pencil/bRush DIRECTLY ABOVE youR top lashes!! Take youR time, and you MAY even have to do it twice to fix any impeRfections!! Goodluck!! Hope I helped!! =D

Sharpen your eye pencil so it has a really fine tip. Sometimes you can put it on with a thin brush, but use eye shadow, that works the same if not better. The more you do it, the better you become at doing it. Maybe one day if you're not going anywhere, just sit in the house 'n pracitce.

You wanna get a good liner that draws a real smooth line. Also,I really like the kind that are thicker, kinda like crayons, that you can smudge and blend in with your eye shadow. It's also a good idea to invest in one of those magnifying mirrors,it allows you to see it much clearer and you can see where you're going with the liner. You just pull your eyelid down and hold it down with one hand(finger) and take the other hand and follow along the lashline with the liner. Some brands I really like are Lancome(really smooth, easy to put on and goof proof),Benefit(a good smudge liner called Bad Gal),and NYC is a good one. Also,I LOVE MAC makeup products. They're a little more expensive than drug store makeup but well worth it!!! Hope this helps!! ;)

Take your time with it. It's hard, trust me..I used to do it, but I only do it when I get dressed up. You have to hold your eye lid down, and gently and lightly go across with it. I hope I helped...Good luck! <3 Have a great day lovely!

Pull ur eyelid down and put a thin line above your eyelashes, if you want it darker, keep going over it.. if it doesnt work, ask a friend to help!
