one of my best friends always tells me not to put myself down and to not say that im not ugly and everything but shes the one thats doing it... how can i convince her to not hate herself, the world and how she looks?

i dont really know how you can make her stop hating herself. there's really no way you can show her how great she is. just let her know how much people care about her, and how pany people think good things about her. and maybe then she'll feel better about herself.
