How can a girl ask a guy out, without coming on too strong? How would a guy react if he kinda likes the girl, like if the girl notices him checking her out all teh time and winking and ahving little side convos. whats a good way to ask him out?

just talk to them and call him and whatnot, be cool and just ask him out the way a dude asks you out, its the same question with the same meaning, dudes like it better when girls ask them out. its not wrong or slutty, its awsome.
