hey ya i was the person who asked bout volleyball but i have another ques do u like do stuff individually in front of everyone or do u do it with groups like all together???

well, that depended on how many were trying out and how many coaches we had. If there were a small number of us, like only 2 coaches, then we'd both watch the players together, and have them go one at a time.

Larger numbers, you break down into groups - you still do a lot of it individually - or set up drills to be more like games. I think the scrimage situations are the most telling, though.
