Question Posted Saturday August 14 2004, 11:53 pm

I have a really big anger problem and sometimes people just push my button and i flip out and seriously want to hit the person until they cant talk anymore. There is gonna be a lot of people at school next year that i dont like that make me mad so i was wondering if you had any advice about how to channel my anger.

Try talking to people before you 'flip out' or when you're angry do something productive. Like work-out or write poems.. or... working on a sport... im not sure. Maybe join kickboxing or something! ha! that'd be a good way to control your anger..
