Hey!! Well I guess average varies to anyone so everyone has something different in mind. And usually, to be honest most girls * not all* do care about the size. But some girls say that they prefer like a 5 or 6 inch. Since your girlfriend joked about how small your penis was, if you feel like that gave you less confidence about it make sure you tell her. I am assuming that size does matter to her but as long as she loves you the size of your dick shouldn't be a big deal. But don't be ashamed of it because the size of it isn't the purpose.
