Hey Erica I like the setup of your page it's a realy great idea to do an advice column. I have a question about something kind of important, I think im fat and i rele want to lose weight quick but i dont know anyway to get the results i need. I've tried dieting and exercising but nothing helps to the extent i need it to help. I've considered going anerexic many times but i know that it's extremly harmful. I feel like not eating is the only way.

thanx :) .. but noooo definitely dont become anerexic! its not good for you at all and can lead to long term problems! .. the best way to loose weight is just to eat healthier and exercise more .. i know you said that you already tried that but just keep trying it might take a little longer and probably after a while you will see results .. eat healthy foods for breakfast lunch and dinner and for snacks try eating like fruit and vegetables instead of chips or something .. go for a run or go swimming .. just dont give up if you dont see immediate results .. give it time and im sure you'll lose weight! just never ever starve yourself - its not good!!! .. i hope this helped and good luck ! love always - Erica ]
