my ex girlfriend told me that, along with other reasons, that my music was too depressing and so she broke up with me. i think thats pretty effed up but i dont know. that ever a reason to break up with your boyfriend? signed, lonely white kid

That just seems like an excuse. How old are you and she? If she really wanted to work it out, you could have compromised and not listened to your music when she was around. But then you wouldnt be yourself. Its seems that you are better off without her. Find someone that likes you for you and doesnt want you to change. Good Luck!
