well if he doesnt break up with her just remain friends and dont tell him u like him cuz things will be ockword but if he dumps her then start getting closer to him and when u think he likes you on a higher level then go 4 him and tell him how you feel.you might want ta concider keeping him as a friend cuz a relationship could ruin your friendship 4ever.GOOD LUCK

Try talking to him. If hes currently your best friend, it shouldnt be hard to talk to him. So try telling him online. Just say I know this is random, i know this is wierd, but i really have feelings for you.

don't encourage his breaking up with her because you want to date him. be there for him. if he does break up, wait a while before you ask him out or anything. a week isn't a while either. like at least 3 weeks. Unless he asks you out, then just say yes.
